There needed to be more Touhous, so I added a second character. Also because Utsuho really needed to be balanced out with someone more reasonable.

It's everyone's favorite buzzkill judge of souls from 9, Shikieiki. She and her judgmental self are going to be derping around the City; intro post is here!

She's very nice, just a little...well...fine, has something of a stick up her bum and doesn't do much in the way of wild parties or much, but she'll certainly have a philosophical conversation or two. :) (and needs someone to torment her encourage her to be a little less high-strung :P)

27-30; Look down, look down, don’t look ‘em in the eye. Look down, look down, you’re here until you die.



The recent crimes have not gone unnoticed and will not go unpunished! Starting at midnight Friday Night the participants of the Murder Party cruise will find themselves incarcerated at the revamped Prison. Yes, the one with the ghouls on it. The familiar ghouls... They are none too happy to see everyone so soon, what with being set on fire, driven here to the island to toil and on principle! These nasties will be NPCs for this event, they can be harmed and killed but will return to life soon after and worse than before.

Players can submit their "innocent" characters to this delightful display of law and disorder. Inaction is a crime as well as hiding the truth! Or maybe they were so unlucky to get their name onto a list. At any rate, all of the orange jumpsuits replace their typical clothes and their personal weapons are under lock and key. Powers are not what they usually are! The prison has muted special abilities and powers to prevent any prisoners from escaping. Each cell will hold two prisoners at random. Be prepared to get cozy!

The jail cells are state of the art. Inside of the small, four walls each Citizen's crime is projected for them to relive again and again in high quality detail. These images are not interactive. Just the cold, hard images of that gruesome death or heinous crime! Since these cells are shared, there is opportunity to share in another's pain. Network Devices have been specially wired to broadcast the scenes in the cells so the City know what crimes have been committed. Private messages are not allowed! Hard time. Even if the devices may be off, the cameras in the prison yard or mess hall can give a peek into the jail to the outside world.

Innocent characters are free to have no crime to see except for their bunk mates or see themselves doing something terrible. Is it foreshadowing?

The jail does have visiting hours starting Sunday. Be a friend and reach out to touch someone. They can tell you about what they call food in the joint, how recreational the yard is, their wonderful cellmate and that tattoo they're debating on getting... Oh and those holograms that they can't escape in their cells.

Speaking of escape - any attempts on the first three days will be confronted with ghoulish guards! They are not only within the prison but on the outside on patrol. Free Citizen that attempt to help the prisoner will be locked up themselves. Fear not! On midnight of the 29th-30th, the high security of the prison will glitch. The images of crimes will disappear from the walls and the lights will flicker. A swift shadow will pass through opening each and every cell door with no guard to stop them! It's a real jailbreak! There will even be boats to ferry all of the escaping prisoners to the mainland. It would be polite to say thank you but no one is sticking around to say hello.
