Also, I forgot to look to see if it said it anywhere on those pages, but he can portal! They don't really go into it in canon, other than 'oh look there's some freak in a coat stepping out of some swooshing thingy' or 'oh look there's some freak in a coat stepping into some swooshing thingy'.
