We've got a big ol' bag of curses~! This time the tomfoolery is from March 31 to April 1! As always, our grab bag weekends are optional. Don't be stingy with the details! Which one will you choose? This post was meant for sharing, caring and conspiring! We're all about fellowship.

Could I have clarification on "The years that never were?" Mainly, how is it different from "A Road Not Taken?"

Also, ignore the journal, I'm just lazy...

"The Years That Never Were" curse and "A Road Not Taken" are similar, it's true. The difference lies in the fact that "A Road Not Taken" is a decision that the character did or did not make whereas "The Years That Never Were" result from a force outside of the character's control.

Like say, in Disney's Beauty and the Beast, Belle flees the castle and does not get stopped by wolves. That would be a "The Years That Never Were" moment because then she would have never saw the kinder side to the Beast. "A Road Not Taken" scenario would be if Belle married Gaston. No one ruins a woman's future like Gaston.

I'd like Frankie [never_very_good] to be a vampire for the weekend, and I was wondering if any of the other vamps in the City would like to powerswap to accomplish that goal, just to throw him off. Uhm, I know we have a billion different flavors of undead here-- I'd prefer something a little more... traditional? So if you're interested let me know and we'll see if we can make it work 8)

Cameron [as_damaged] is probably busy, Neil [had_not_lived] is not gonna be cursed but has some shenanigans planned... Tommy [team_sociopath] as of now has no plans.

Debating somewhat still, but I've narrowed my ideas down to two each.

Arthur on April 1st with a "Hot or Not Curse" or "A Toy Story" curse to turn Arthur into a bear or a bearbee or something prickly like a porcupine. With fluffing.

Liam on March 31st with a "We Did That" curse to talk about Liam's nebulous sex life or "Ghost World" so he can be haunted by Rufus Barma who is his master/employer and scares the hell out of Liam on a normal day.

Leaning towards Hot or Not for Arthur for his first grabbag weekend/curse, but Liam's could pretty much go either way I think. If there's something you want to plot, or have me hit up a post with either of them, let me know! I'll keep a look out.

You can affect him with two of them by doing one curse on each day of the weekend, but not two at the same time.

Carla is de-aging to 16, and will be... painting the town. She will be inviting anyone and everyone to come party with her. Fights, drugs, drinking, dancing, sex, firebombing, the works. Come to me, all ye hooligans!

She is particularly sexually aggressive, so if you've got someone who needs to get laid/be harassed and embarrassed, I'm game. She's indiscriminate about it, and I will not deny my love of playing out ladykisses. Also please feel free to let me know if she's going too far and you want her to back off, which is... always true, irregardless of curses, but yanno. Just a reminder.

No plans for Delacroix or Anna, but if you would like them for anything, just give me a ring.
