My name is Caleb and I'm bringing with me someone absolutely awesome. An alien.

No really, his name is Shas'la T'au Kais but he's probably prefer it if you called him 'la Kais or just Kais because you silly humans wouldn't be able to translate the real meaning behind his name. He's from the Warhammer 40k universe (SUPER GRIMDARK) and more specifically from the PS2 game and novel Firewarrior. Protip: the game is awful don't exert yourself playing it but the book is pretty good!

Since you guys probably know JACK about WH40k and the Tau themselves, let me help.

-> Tau are blue aliens who devote their lives to the "Greater Good", a philosophy that advocates the needs of the whole over the needs of the individual.
-> If you completely oppose the Greater Good, you might find yourself being re-educated 1984 style.
-> All Tau speak 'human' with a Japanese accent.
-> The Tau have technology coming out of their ass.
-> This is why the fandom calls them Weeaboo Space Communists.
-> Kais has trouble believing in the Greater Good and it causes him much trauma!
-> Also daddy issues everywhere.
-> All this has made him into some kind of killing machine where he kills because he wants to belong and when he doesn't belong, he kills more. Vicious cycle.

IT'S OKAY THOUGH. He only kills his enemies. Though humans...are usually his enemy because they are super xenophobic in Warhammer 40k. It'll be a culture shock to find humans not wanting to kill him, trust me. Everyone else gets a blank slate because that's how the Tau roll.

Sigh, so I anticipated a whole lot of less spending on my cruise but worse went to bad with someone elses card and I had to pay for the taxi ride to the airport and from the hotel on the way back from it so Desh had to work extra at work when they got back to be able to afford anything at all. Huff. Anyways, I'm back now in full force.

For those that don't know me, my name is Desh and I play Grell Sutcliffe from Kuroshitsuji. A very crazed and exciteable shinigami with a flirty attitude and an unmistakable blood lust at times. Currently the caretaker of the old Noah Family(D.Gray-man) residence, he's often out late at nights.

anyway, the character i'm bringing with me is dave strider of loved and hated fandom homestuck! he's pretty much the coolest kid in the entire universe and that's pretty much all you need to know.
oh, he can also travel through time. but that isn't important.

so. yeah he's pretty much the sassiest guy ever js. his hobbies including being effortlessly cool and really ironic. if anyone wants to know more his app is in his journal and there are links and shit that will take you anywhere you need to go??

Okay, maybe not quite like tha -

...oh... kay. So, there's the Versailles curse coming up this weekend, and of course that meaaaaaaaans: drama. Costumes. And exceedingly pink pastries (among other things).

So just comment with whatever plans you have for your characters: will they be part of the grand aristocracy, the working staff, revolutionaries, mere courtiers working their way through ranks, ambassadors? What are their plots and plans, and more importantly, whom else can you drag into it? Put down if your character needs some help (a lady might need a personal attendant, for instance, a palace guard commander might require his subordinates, etc) as well!

Just have fun with it, hur hur.
