Update?

So....guess what *I* saw? If you don't care about Doctor Who, and therefore have no idea, the answer is the very latest material. Therefore, I'm really SERIOUSLY thinking of doing a canon update.

THINGS THAT WOULD CHANGE:
-for one, you get CRAZIER MASTER. He is WAAAAAAY less likely to stay in Saxon disguise, and will probably stop using the name and START insisting that people refer to him as the Master.
-also.....he...uh. He eats people. He can clearly suppress his urges if he really WANTS to but some NPCs might disappear occasionally. S'like a vampire, kinda. Only it leaves only a skeleton. He eats a lot more, and a lot messier in general. Probs don't go out for dinner with him until he fixes this.
-He has lightning hands. Like, he shoots lightning. From his hands. It's kind of hilarious. And he can jump really HIGH and his head sometimes goes blue and you see his skull.
-NO MOAR DRUMS. I....won't explain why. Just accept it. The drums are GONE.

-And this bit is actually rather spoilery so really, probably don't read it if you were like, "Oh, these things won't probably spoil things" cos this will.

Next change? Uh, he'll be City!Dead. Cos there's no other way to work this. I'd be bringing him in from the very end of the episode where he's....I dunno, just GONE? He kinda disappeared. Also, at the moment, his body is degenerating constantly so even though I might make him come in alive, he's gonna be dead eventually. So....yeah.

I suppose, then....just say if this bothers you, or if you really really don't think I should do it. Or if you think taking him from another point is better. Or if I should wait until you've seen it. XD

B| Fine, get technical on me! It's still gross.

Oooo, also, we JUST watched the special. And now that I know what's been going on with it, I gotta say that's a tough decision, whether to update him or not! The extra instability is fun and him knowing what happened to him and why is awesome. Then again, you also have the extra crazy and the eating habits making it difficult for him to stick with certain social circles.

Still, if you're feeling like you're getting stuck with the character, the update might be just what you need to get him going again. And there are plenty of supervillains hanging around here that do just fine. Besides, it's not as fun playing a jerk or a crazy guy if you never get to have him do anything....you know, jerky or crazy.

ANYWAY- I still don't really have an opinion of updating vs. non-updating, but maybe if you're stuck on it, you could try bumping him up during the Grab Bag Weekend (I think the Years That Never Were could probably cover that), seeing how you like it? Then he could claim he was under a very odd curse if you want to keep him back, and you could bump him up again pretty quickly if not? idk.

Regardless of what you end up doing, I'm sure Sylar will have fun interacting with him. Or I will, anyway. XD At the moment, Sylar's trying to figure out what Saxon did to him while he blanked out during their last teatime. He may end up...er, interrogating the guy soon. >____>

Wow, I'm perhaps even more rambly when I'm slightly more coherent. -_-;

And hey, if you're getting tired of it, the Master must be positively sick, eh? ;) A backdoor is good, though- BUT when I was watching it, I got the idea that...okay, he was dying, but after he'd had a bunch of meat, he'd go back to being relatively lucid for awhile. Buuut yeah, he was still in the process of dying, which definitely presents some issues for when that might actually happen. >_> I'd think that might help with making him more sane (well, for him), though, if you're looking for a way to get him kinda back? I have no idea, really. XD But there's a lot of ways to swing this thing.

....uh, yeah. Sylar is kind of retarded when it comes to telepaths/psychics- especially at the moment. That is SO not going to work well.
