Hey howdy hey! It's a GRAB BAG WEEKEND!!! That's right! The first of the year! Are you excited?

We've got a big ol' bag of curses~! Whether you want to mix it up or try something new, there are a-plenty to choose from! January 21st and January 22nd are both coming up fast. If this is your bag ~baby~ then this is your place to plan! As always, our grab bag weekends are optional. Just be sure to grab your popcorn gif.

Charlie is available for shenanigans!

Eleanor is not and will be six years old the entire weekend and will be hanging around Jack the entire time (and by this we mean sneaking off on occasion. eleanor just can't be tamed, y'all.) And will have her memories up until six years old so be prepared to have a very curious, very smart 6 year old poking around where she probably shouldn't.

As of right now, Wilson and Doc Brown are both going to be unaffected this weekend.

Todd, on the other hand, will be cursed with Road Not Taken. The short version is, he'll be older, an English professor, and dating

had_not_lived. My plan is currently for him to offer a poetry class this weekend, so I would love to have people who'd be into that. Especially ones who would try to talk poor little uncursed Todd, after the weekend, into going through with more classes anyway. :3

... my title on Neil did not work and I'm not paid yet so I can't edit. BUT ANYWAY, PART OF THIS IS THAT NEIL ISN'T DEAD YAY.

Go Neil! And wrong account, but whatever. Justin will just kinda follow Neil and Todd and roll with the shenanigans, but if Neil writes something and is willing to share it, he would definitely badger him to take more classes.

Dulcie will be turning 5 this weekend, and therefore will be having trouble controlling her teleporting power. If you would like a hyperactive toddler to fall on your head HIT ME UP.

Seth will be turning into a black puma. Lock up your birds and small animals, people.

Stephen I have no plans, so hit me up if you want him. I feel like I haven't done grab bag with him in a while, so I am totally up for plotting.

I'm just very concerned for Iggy 2.

Iggy II will remain in his tank. Those are hard to get open without thumbs.

WOOT Dean wants a hyperactive toddler.

Also, Rose will be 6-7ish so playdates are necessary!

Bones here will be having Family Day shenanigans with Tessa as his daughter.

Ariadne will be turned into a cheetah (again), though she'll be an adult cheetah this time.

Mr. Blonde will have his daemon, an unhealthy saltwater crocodile, following him around.

THIS GUY WILL BE GOING TOTALLY "LONE WOLF AND CUB" THIS WEEKEND. Because "It's a Boat, It's a Bug, It's His" happened.

...except the "cub" will be his familiar olive green serape...all rolled up and tucked into a homemade baby sling.

Do not touch the serape and you might live.

hahaha oh man, Raymond will be suffering the same. He'll probably be needing help for it, or at least advice...

One I feel like I should know the answer to, but it's slipping my mind at the moment. Regardless!

If someone were to use, say, Genre Switch to have a character, for example, contract Mysterious Plot-Contingent Soap Opera Disease, would they be able to retain that disease and its ensuing complications even after the curse was over? Or would it only be in effect for the duration of the weekend?

The illness from the "Mysterious Plot- Contingent Soap Opera Disease would last for the duration of the Grab Bag weekend. However, a person could have their immune system compromised and the exotic and lethal malady could have a bad, bad case of a more familiar, everyday illness thereafter.

Lockdown's gonna be stuck with a daemon this weekend. Either a robo-tasmanian devil or robo-anaconda.

Garrus is free.

For Curt I'm leaning towards Feels Like the First Time and bringing him in from the 80s. For those who haven't seen Velvet Goldmine, its version of the 80s is more 1984-syle dystopia than it is a riot of big hair.

I don't have plans for Teddy, so if anyone could use a shapeshifting teenage superhero, let me know..
