Howdy, Poly! This is Sass/Kim, long time no see. You're about to gain a new citizen - this girl here, Toshiko Sato from Torchwood. If you're not familiar with her canon, I'll point you toward the wiki entry, but basically she's a supergenius with a flair for electronics and mechanics and a bit of a self-image issue.
For those who are familiar with Torchwood, she's coming to the City not long after the events of "To the Last Man". So expect some guilt issues as well, and a serious nostalgia for anything that reminds her of a certain WWI soldier.
Fourth-walling Toshiko is fine by me, although I'd like to ask that you please not tell her about her future, at least for right now. (Or talk to me about it first.)
