I am Dyson, which I may or may not be a vacuum. This is my first character I am bringing in here, a super-jerk Russian that goes by the name of "Colonel Volgin" from this Metal Gear Solid 3 business. He may or may not be related to Ivan Drago, but I am sure a certain Ivan Raikov has mentioned him once or twice here I've heard. He comes from about a month before the events of his canon, so his Grand Master Plans For World Domination have been somewhat disrupted. And it's not the 1960s anymore.
