Hiiiiiiiii! Following on pervy divine footsteps is Angel Sanctuary's Rosiel.

He can be a little bit whimsical, and a little more mad, and in all things something of a bother, but! He's got... ornamental value? :D

He obsesses on things and people very easily and isn't particularly new at either cruelty, or politics, so if you ever want to plot anything, please let me know!

If you happen to know: is any character currently attending or residing in the City Cathedral? I imagine there's a cohort of NPCs, but them aside >>! Since I might have Rosiel circle that area, if it's not too much of a bother.
