Permissions/Alert Post.

Yeah I pretty much know Homestuck is a touchy subject, with it's fonts and all. So instead of stepping on toes, I thought this might be a better solution. All that post does is pretty much let other players know why the font is used and it also gives me a chance to know who is uncomfortable tagging him because of the font. More or less I want to be able to play with people and not get them upset and instead accommodate so we can have fun. :)

HELLO THERE, I am pleased (and slightly terrified!) to be here with you lot.  I'm bringing in Jet (of Avatar: the Last Airbender infamy)!  Jet's my first character here, and he's kind of a crazy doucheweasel, but I love him anyway.  I look forward to meeting (and playing with!) all of you, so -- rah rah rah!

Hey Polyites! I have a very small plot opportunity for you here. Eriol likes to lie and tease, and that could quite easily extend to something like, say... prank phone calls. Since you've all got your phone posts started anyway, I thought I'd offer him to call your character and bother them, working on whatever public information you want to share with me. Hopefully a weird prank call is worth making a post or complaint!

Here's an example -- Eriol tells Tyr that he'd better come get the marriage license that he supposedly applied for during grab-bag last month. Ooops, did he actually apply for one?

You don't have to know Eriol or call him back or want to interact with him unless you want to. After all, he's a liar. If you want him to get caught by your character, we can work that out too.

12; Wine, dine, and NEXT!
It's February and love is in the air, and today, so is speed dating! Maybe you're enjoying coffee at your favorite cafe today when someone you don't know or someone you do sits down and acts as if you're on your first date. Or maybe you're just posting to the network and find yourself suddenly besieged by these getting-to-know-you conversations. Just when you think you've gone crazy DING! they move on to the next person. They've got to get their options open after all!

Want your character to meet an awesome fella/gal? Want them to enjoy the most awkward experience of their life? Want them to be stood up, or left flabbergasted by the sudden comings and goings of speed dating partners?

Leave a comment here with the characters you'd like to participate- whether you'd like them to be going around looking for dates, or be the passive recipient of others' attentions. Feel free to also include other bits- whether you'll throw up an action post/log for the curse, or if you want to talk it out on messenger, etcetera.
