Hey there! I'm Lauren. Some of you might me remember me from last year--I played here as Maya Fey up until sometime in December or January. I'm back now, and I'm brought oddball Maya back with me. ♥ She does remember her time here, and she's had a teeny canon update since she was here last. I'm looking forward to playing with you all again, and it's good to be back.

Alex here, bringing back Reinette of Doctor Who fame. I'm not restarting her, because I rather like the relationships she had developed in the City. You'll have to forgive her if her memories of some people/places/things are fuzzier than others - a good year and a half or so has passed for her in her world, though it's been only a few months in the City. That, and my own memory's not that good, lmao.

Ladies (or the feminine-inclined) will find themselves in pretty dresses, possibly accompanied by various woodland animals that will help them put it on. Gentlemen (or the masculine-inclined) will find themselves in armor and cloaks, possibly accompanied by a faithful steed who's always smarter than you. These citizens may also feel the need to voice their thoughts and feelings about everything in the form of a song. Meanwhile other citizens may be compelled to rescue the ones in dresses and sweep them off their feet in true fairy tale fashion. Still others may be lurking in the shadows, cackling to themselves and plotting all sorts of trouble. And then sing about it.

It seems simple enough, right? Outside of organization, it is. And that's what this post is being used for. If you have any specifications that you want listed, groups to post, demands to be met, requests to be filed, or if you're looking for that special frog to kiss around midnight, this is the place to talk it out. On the other hand, if you've got some idea of what you would like to do but no princess to rescue in the meantime, START ADVERTISING.

And pay special attention to your deity office. You must just be in for a Magical Kingdom type surprise, complete with something scaly and fire-breathing. But don't pull its tail too hard: it bites.*

* yes, the deity office has been transformed into a pretty castle, and that comes complete with a dragon; however, this is not like the dragon of Shrek lore in that this dragon cannot be killed or seriously maimed. He can be used for damsel-rescuing and treasure taking, but all treasure turns to dust at the stroke of midnight, Cinderella, and all you magpies out there.

I still haven't moved back. And they pushed the date back possibly another week. Therefore another week of annoyance, leaky houses, irritation etc. I found out on Friday but was in no mood to post over the weekend.

Therefore, I'm going back to Semi-hiatus state and will be on it until I miraculously end up moving (hopefully before the end of this month). I will try to keep posts going up a bit more frequently but tagging will still be slow due to lack of internet. Apologies again.

Ugh. I am totally fail and need to finish up some last minute things for my cosplay for the fact I'm going to Anime Evolution from June 12-14th and because of my hours at work, I am only sort of going to be around this week trying to get things ready. I know I've dropped/been slow with tags in some places and even missed posts I'm supposed to tagging and I am really sorry about that ;;

So basically semi-hiatus for a couple of days, then by a full hiatus from June 11 - 15th because of Anime Evolution. I'm not sure if I'll even be able to get internet access during the con, but if I am-- I'll try to be around for grab bag curses. Hello, citizens of The City! You may not remember me at all (and believe me, I completely understand) but I'm Emix, and I used to play here quite a while back.

Anyway, I've returned to Poly with a brand new character. Goes by the name of Shigure Sohma. Adding to the all so wonderful (yet quite small) Fruits Basket cast here. I'm taking him from straight after chapter 111 by the way, which leads plenty of room for development. Be warned - this dog may or may not tease you mercilessly and manipulate you for his own purposes.

Sending Kaidan home for a wee bit of an update.  He'll come back sometime tomorrow or Wednesday, updated to the scene right before Illos.    What does that mean?  Well, since he's from a Fem!Shepard storyline, he's in love with Shepard, and just...well...you know...slept with her.

So, look forward to a naked Kaidan waking up on a bench near the fountain.
