He'll be coming tomorrow, after the Monochromatic Event ends. However, he'll be coming in Volume 20 (lol obscure): he has just fallen from a cliff and would have crashed into the lower levels of a very holy tower on something verging on a suicide mission to save Rosiel if the City hadn't gotten in his way. Suffice to say, he will not be in the best shape when he lands. Scrape him up, someone--? (If your character gets pinged by angelic energy, auras, or presences, it's probably safe to say that they will be pinged.) Then he can get back to serving tea or playing spy or...whatever.
