Hello from my new computer, the "Inconvenience." Caru is back, as of about 1:45pm this afternoon (+ a little while for reinstallations and resettling).

Things I've learned while on this hiatus:
1. If you're going to be an unplugged Luddite, you'd better have something to do with yourself. This is why, I think, the average Thomas Pychon novel is so long.
2. The Thomas Pynchon novel, Against the Day is really good, but should not be measured in pages but in inches (I'm about 3/4 of an inch into it and it's about four inches thick).
3. Being on a forced hiatus kind of refreshed me for playing, I think. I'm feeling warmed up and ready to go! Just lemme get myself back into things. I will probably start posting on Monday, after the weekend of curses.
4. Adjusting to a new computer takes time aklsdjflaksdf
5. I really, really, really missed all of you.

I'm back, I'm better than ever, I'm ready to play, and I have a working "D" key again--I have a whole working computer again!
