[ So long, Farewell, Auf Wiedersehen, Goodbye; TLDR AHOY ]
Not that this is a surprise in coming, but...
And with that, my bow out from Poly, with the last of my cast.
Poly, I've been with you since just before my first year in college. That's a long time, isn't it? It's been a good, awesome run. As a Poly veteran, I've loved the game, loved everything I've played here and loved everyone I've played with. But in four years, life has been topsy turvy, and really-- it's always been me, Poly. Plus with my dad's ill health for the last few months, I've been staggering with a drive to RP at all. RL > RP, always, and handling more than one game is a bit of a challenge.
I'd also always imagined, that when I'd wrapped up things here, I'd be able to do something nice and big, draw something commemorating all the characters my characters here had interacted with-- but I'm just dropping the game for now, not never returning to it! That and I've been uninspired to draw, thanks to RL. ._.;
But, I would like to say thank you to everyone-- who interacted with me during my time here, who logged and plotted and generally just let me have so much fun with whoever I played that I don't regret a moment. From my first character Marluxia to my last, Orihime-- everyone's had great CR, great everything. (And if I had to list who I've played, well...
... even I'm kind of surprised by that. )
Poly was my second multifandom game when multifandoms had just begun to spread around LJ and we'd just gotten fifteen icons. That long ago! I'd like to think I've improved a bit since then, even if I still don't consider myself up to the level of a lot of you who play here, and really, I'm always blown away by everyone's skills. Rock on, shining diamonds. ♥
I am sorry, however, if my playing ever fell short. Farewell post for Megumi for her to say goodbye to all the friends she's had here and to give her things away before she leaves (and poly, thank you for letting me explore a character who canon only recently hinted at exploring in the latest game of her series, it was an awesome run), but Orihime will not since-- my constant hiatuses didn't exactly help in her creating too much CR, so here's to hoping you'll get an active and amazing Orihime in the future.
I'll probably come back some day, but making no promises at this time-- and for those who want to keep in touch, my LJ is
shahni (though I don't update it all that often) and my Plurk is Here. Don't be a stranger! o/
Once again, sorry for the tl;dr and thank you. ♥ Heaven or Hell, Poly! Let's Rock.

I get my laptop back for this.
But, you know, it's okay. We've played together and played out a lot of things that I never expected to play. I can't even put into words how much I've loved playing with you and talking to you and...everything. I can't even find where to start to say thank you and you're wonderful and you're amazing and everything else that should be said. Everything between your characters and mine, all the lols and the serious, all the ideas and the plots, everything we ever wrote.
I hope you will be back because, in the meantime, I'll miss you terribly. Please take care, please don't vanish entirely. I've loved playing with you and neither I nor my characters will soon forget you or yours.♥

My timing is awesome.
I have to agree, and truthfully I was just holding onto Megumi to keep
selfishlyinteracting with you. I never thought I could play out something so different than what I originally intended her for, and believe you me, the feeling is mutual. I love writing and plotting with you, I love our little spams and threads and just everything we come up with, and I'm not going very far. My characters will be around, if not on fourth wall days, then in museboxes. And always at your request, no matter with who or when, you know this.Thank you for making this time so, so wonderful for me, Caru. ILU so much. ;;

But some day, I'm sure. ♥ I'll see you around, too, hopefully. Not disappearing off the face of the internet or anything, after all!
