Missed Connections!

"Citizen seeking Citizen. You: beautiful, amazing, talented, unusual hair, cursed out of your mind. Me: handsome, amazing, talented, in love, unusual hair, cursed out of my mind. We met in the City square and exchanged glances. I think there was a real connection between us. You went to Cafe Juliet, I went to Cybernetics. I think we should have gone to the same place. Please contact me. I'll be in Cafe Juliet at five this evening. That was when you went before, right? I promise I'm not as creepy as that sounds. I'll be wearing a red hat. Send me a message on the Network if you want to meet. Let's meet before midnight." You know that missed connections part of the personals ad section? Well, somehow, the Network has become one giant missed connections section. Citizens glimpse one another in their daily routines--maybe they know one another, maybe they don't, but there was a real connection there. And what better way to reconnect than through the Network and a few arranged meetings.

Planning pooost! Place your character's name here to arrange connections: hits or yet another miss. Or perhaps you want a hand wording those ad descriptions? Right here! Feel free to have them be deceiving, we are bias when we say we're beauti~ful, aren't we? The missed connections can only be ads, you got a case of the nerves. And of course there are meetings face to face with that tall, dark, handsome... midget. Name the place and time, baby. The curse rolls Thursday, June 10th.

Hmm....since they don't know what they each look like, maybe he could go off a description of Merry?

Well, according to Reinette-mun, the tea shindig would've taken place yesterday (I think we just kind of assumed it), so they would've met each other in person at least once. Which doesn't mean they actually interacted, necessarily, given Rudy's penchant for being antisocial, but...he'd theoretically at least know who she is by now.

Oh lol I didn't know that. Hmm well Merry probably would have tried getting him to talk, found the effort futile, and then sat in a corner to give him looks the rest of the tea time. So yes, that works!

So I guess what we need to figure out is how they meet/what happens after, is that it?

Right, as far as today's curse is concerned. How should they attempt to connect with each other?

I mean, there's always the ever-popular "HEY ANTISOCIAL TWIT YOU COULD ACTUALLY TALK TO ME OR SOMETHING YOU KNOW" route, or...hmmm.

Hmmmm are there any weaknesses of Rudy's she could maybe exploit? 8333

Uhhhhhh...hm. None that he would immediately let on, other than maybe the fact that he likes chess, music, and snacks.

|D Darn. Maybe the HEY ANTISOCIAL TWIT path then. She's the sort of girl to hunt him down and make him talk anyways.

Actually, she could probably do that even without the curse, if she wanted. Would you rather just go that route?

Fine with me~
