She'd be very hard to catch, since she's an AI, can jack into the net with her brain, and knows computer networks so well because she lived in one, but he could notice something sketchy going on. I doubt he could trace it to her, though -- how absurdly good is he?

I'd rather have her not get caught so quickly, because she has some plots with the police that would be awesome if they happened, but she can't do them if she gets busted for something :P Though it'd be perfectly cool if one person got caught and the other barely scraped out, or whatever.
