Time for me to tear my hair out and bless the chaos that is live theatre. In other words, tech week.

Because no TW is like another I have NO IDEA what my tagging activity will be like between now and next weekend when the show opens, but I do know that there will be a slow down.

So apologies in advance for this artistically-inclined semi-hiatus. The following ladies will be around and you can PM or e-mail me if you have any questions.

[livejournal.com profile] lady_wandering is helping Reinette get settled and monitoring any overheard conversations from the Master's bugged apartment.
[livejournal.com profile] cry_reaper is starting to go back out clubbing at night, but is still generally keeping to herself.
[livejournal.com profile] backseatangel is helping with the apartment renovations and still giggling a little at Jo turning into a guy. She totally got in Dean's pant's ya'll - it's a little funny.

Ew... I completely feel for you. Tech weeks are utter hell... I may have gone through a few of those before, so I understand completely.

Have fun with tech and that chaos~!

Hah. I did tech for a couple of plays back in high school and one at my college.

While not tech week fun, I remember one particular play during high school where we had done teasers all day, then left and came back to get ready for opening night... and the front half of our lights wouldn't work. The system had decided to go out. I was working the lightboard for that show, so I had a couple people over my shoulder playing with our remaining lights to create similar effects. They eventually replaced our system with the one we used in our black box... which didn't allow our audience lighting to work at all. Oh, that first night was hell...
