IHU COMPUTER
GUYS MY COMPUTER SUCKS. The stupid thing went and got itself broke, it won't start up AT ALL, so it's in for repairs and idk how long they're going to take. Maybe a few days, maybe a week, who knows. I have to use library internet while I'm waiting, which I get like an hour on per day, so consider this a slowatus. Will backtag like an obsessive weirdo person, yes indeed.
I'm already going stir crazy.
(This only affects Watanuki btw, since lol only one character.)

Hmmm...I'm no expert or professional...but it sounds like a battery problem. How old is your battery? You may need a new one, or a new power cord, because it sounds like it's not taking a charge and doesn't have enough power to run.

The battery's about three years old? It's the one that came with the computer. And I actually suspected this too, you hiveminder you, but I didn't notice the battery icon saying anything when it shut down, so.
Hopefully it's that, though, and not some horribly-expensive-to-fix virus or something. D:

And if its a 3 year old battery...yeah, that's probably it. My computer is about 3, and I just had the battery replaced because it wasn't working right.

Also, what exactly is DEAD?

The repair guy said the whole motherboard or... somethingboard, the thing that makes the computer actually function, has been fried. D: I'M GOING TO DIE WITHOUT IT.

Holy. How much would a new motherboard be?
