april showers bring may....?

It's that time.

7; April Showers
To celebrate the coming of spring, the deities have decided to start the season with a little bit of spring showers... in the form of photographs. Citizens will find, during random moments of the day, pictures of their lives (in and out of the City) pouring down from the sky, some more memorable than others, some more incriminating than others.
If you want to be specific or have no plans on posting tomorrow but still want your characters' pictures to be found, use this post to link those photos for people to pick up and study tomorrow.

Can spot one with Devit/mini-Jan too? Why/how Luke hooked up with the Noah and nobody's knows.

The Devit journal I linked to is the one who was here in Poly. Luke commented regularly to him. When mini-Jan left, Luke was sad about it (http://valentineluke.livejournal.com/91162.html#cutid1), he really like the kid.
