april showers bring may....?

It's that time.

7; April Showers
To celebrate the coming of spring, the deities have decided to start the season with a little bit of spring showers... in the form of photographs. Citizens will find, during random moments of the day, pictures of their lives (in and out of the City) pouring down from the sky, some more memorable than others, some more incriminating than others.
If you want to be specific or have no plans on posting tomorrow but still want your characters' pictures to be found, use this post to link those photos for people to pick up and study tomorrow.

Thanks and have a very Poly day! ♥

I mean, the whale tongue thing was by far the most difficult puzzle in the whole game, but the fricking troll caves were above and beyond the scariest. It was PITCH BLACK and your lantern did effectively nothing to help it and OHGOD THE TROLL COULD BE ANYWHERE IT COULD BE RIGHT BEHIND YOU and then half the time you'd forget there was a chasm and then fall down that and man, that whole segment was just a mess of sheer unbridled terror. ...8-BIT TERROR.

sob now I want to play it again

Go for it! She is totally welcome to find it~ ♥

yeah, when I look back on these games, I realize Silent Hill and Resident Evil have nothing on those troll caves. Just. Why would they ever. I'm so happy I don't have a copy, otherwise I'd stay up all night replaying and scaring myself.

Will do o\ ♥

Right, so now that I've ensured that neither of us will sleep tonight...agoaihfaof

I KNOW SERIOUSLY. And then on top of it, when you die, you have the added guilt of killing Rosella, PLUS the fact that now Genesta's gonna die and Graham's gonna die and Rosella's family will have no idea where she is or that she's lying dead in a foreign land right now, and this is JUST AFTER they got Alexander back after almost eighteen years of misery, and that's not even beginning to cover the reign of terror Lolotte's gonna impose on the land...

Basically, you just screwed over EVERYTHING THAT WAS EVER GOOD IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE FOREVER. sob, 8-bit psychological trauma on so many levels

I'm almost tempted to ask one of my friends in Houston if I can borrow her copies of the games because now I'm nostalgia-ing, what have you done to me, Alex.

That shit was so intense for an 8-bit game.

Just doing my duty and being a freakin' enabler like I always am, you know how it is~

I totally blame the ticking clock for that one. I mean, most of the other games give you at least some leeway for trial and error and just kind of wandering around getting acclimated to stuff. This one? YOU HAVE NO TIME TO STOP AND THINK. YOU JUST GO. EVERYONE IS DEPENDING ON YOUUUUUUUUU. THIS AIN'T A CUTSCENE! PRESS A! PRESS A!
