OK SO I'm totally about to post in like...5 minutes or whatever but the basic story is that Rosella's staying with a vaguely oppressive relative and wants to get out and see the City but the relative is Highly Proper and won't let her out and Rosella is like AAAAAAH SOMEONE GET ME OUT OF HERE I WANT TO GO SLUMMING
