I think this is up in the top three hardest things I've ever done, but--

With my activity, this was a long time coming for the past few months. But how do you say goodbye to the game that helped you grow up? It's been a long (almost!) three years, Poly. It honestly feels like an entire lifetime ago that I app'd here with a character that had almost no background that still has the softest part of my heart. I've gotten to play so many different types of characters and found out about so many new series I never would have given any thought to if not for the players here. I've met some of the most amazing, talented, caring bunch of people I've ever seen in my time here, seen some of you grow from players to mods, became a dungbeetle, seen curses become Poly ~~horrors~~ staples, and so much more and I wouldn't trade the last three years for anything in the world. My time here at Poly has been phenomenal and I've loved every moment. Everyone here has been nothing short of amazing and friendly since I joined three years ago and continue to be so today.

However, my work load is atrocious and I'm trying to reconnect with my family after not seeing them for two years and working on my book, so my time is gone before I even get to look at RP. And while I'd love to stick around to see if I can work through this bout of no-time-for-rp, I don't think it's fair to my castmates and CR-mates for me to character squat any longer than I already have.

If it turns out in the future that I'll have time again and the characters are open, I may try to find my way back. Or may come back with different characters, who knows! But for now, I'll be taking my leave. I think I spam around here enough with my personal journal that you guys know where it is if you want to keep in contact. ♥ Also, in lieu of mod business, Britt, take good care of

soulofocean -- you're getting all Hikaru's photo albums she tried to take with her but alas! Photos do not carry well. This includes: normal photo album of her two years, an album of photos of people's pictures in the Hall that she's ever met, and an album Rika left her from her first time there that includes pictures of the Game Crew and newspaper clippings from Rika's world about the Hinamizawa syndrome and the Festival.

willofthewinds -- is getting any and all of Hikaru's non-network notes she's made about the barrier (this includes the barrier break attempt a couple of years ago), the City's time differences, and information she's gotten about the deities and curses, as well as her tentative updated City guide-in-progress.

Umi and Fuu together! are getting any of her hand-written letters to the Knights, her brothers and City friends (probably most of them addressed to Wolfwood and Kid), they'd be found in her desk drawer.

moresake and

i_themagician -- are getting recipes for cakes and stuff that she didn't get to make them, and a thank you note to Yuuko thanking her for a bunch of stuff she probably doesn't remember but Clow would.

monsterepellent -- she's giving Doumeki a copy of all her notes and pictures she left the Knights, as well as a letter thanking him for all the help and support and sappy little sister stuff I am horrible at this why.

denyinurgod and the Gundam group is getting as best a detailed map of the beach areas as she's managed to put together (such as detailing the perfect places to hide giant mechs uhuhu)

obliviomancy -- she's leaving you the GIGANTIC bed-sized plush dog Guy gave her for her birthday this last year. HUG SOMETHING. >(

copulae -- she leaves a kendo sword (the wooden kind) and some basic instructional videos or books or something so she can keep training in her own time

ourdeneument -- you're getting the birthday sombrero back along with a note of goodbye (she knows how much you hate people not saying goodbye)

imperialwill -- you get Hikaru's other recipe book, the one that has useful recipes. Like different kinds of udon and sushi and sashimi. 8| She expects to hear good things about your cooking and a picture of everyone from that one night at the Lorelei when they celebrated the first time Umi showed up. She's also leaving you with a note for Luke that says "I'm keeping my promise", even though he probably won't get it (Alison, I'm sorry I never got to pick up CR with you aaahhhh previous Luke was a good friend and fjasljdf /fails forever I'M SORRY)

If there's anyone I forgot, hit me up here or in email and idk I'll figure something out, Hikaru's very sentimental like that to have had things for everyone beforehand in case she left. Also, in the subject of Hikaru leaving, I ask that someone please, please take up organizing and working with the orphanage. You don't have to take full control in running it, just keeping it in game-play is plenty. >:

FOR DUO'S CR

He's leaving Rosella a picture of the snowfort and a hair-pin set that is very princess-like and thoughtful.

Ino is getting the hair products he accumulated while he was here, he doesn't know how to shop for girls what is his life. And a note that asks her to punch Yuri for him when he deserves it. (Yes, Yuri, that is your goodbye gift)

The Gundam crew is getting specs on what he's found through the network on the City and its workings, discrete paths to sneak around through, anything they might need in case of an emergency or battle or anything.

And idk, for Minene, Cain probably got an anonymous email giving her phone predictions about the February curses, up to you, Caru, if you want to use them or not. They don't give anything tangible about the curses, just reactions and what she did during them. They only go up to 90 days in the future so use that as you will. :U
