Eco-friendly human-hating attack Round 2 shall be staged at 9:00pm EST, January 22! Nuada will be secretly (because he can't own up) unleashing another beast, this time closer to the residential areas of the City, like the Square.

The catoblepas on this particular occasion will be the size of a mini-van but looking worse for wear since it's been starved and sort of enraged >>; According to Nuada it is giving its life to a 'higher cause' 8| It'll be in the Square for maybe only fifteen to twenty minutes but in that time it'll be trying to gore, trample, and kick people. So here's the only difference from the Death Gaze mentioned in the wiki! Instead of direct eye contact killing, direct eye contact with the beast will send characters to the Shadow City. Characters who lock gazes with the catoblepas will dissipate from the Real City and reappear with their bodies in the Shadow City. This is limited to a maximum of seven characters so volunteer please! P-p-preferably characters who don't easily have the means of getting out?

After making the humans disappear the catoblepas will be blinded in one eye, rendering its stare useless...but it can still gore and stomp and RAEG. Which is where I ask for another take down team! A maximum of three volunteers to kill it and the catoblepas can be killed by conventional means (speared, shot, etc) so this doesn't require superpowers necessarily, just the ability to hold one's own against a beast the size of a mini-van |D Nuada will be part of this team for Public Relations purposes, so one to three volunteers please ;-;
