Hello kids.
As promised, I am making preparations to offer a fight club night to you. I mentioned it a while ago here (link to LJ) and now that we're all moved and rolling along, it is too!
About Fight Club
Fight Club will be organized by this crazy lady, Carla, because she is always in need of a good fight. In about a week or so, February 6th, she will put out a call for 'sparring partners' and ask those willing respondents to meet with her at a large, empty, and abandoned indoor swimming pool. Which is not shady at all. What characters will find upon arrival will be Carla and a hat full of numbers and instructions:

☠OOC InstructionsDon't shit where you eat.Don't kill anyone.
☠ Tap outs or knock outs end fights. No rescues. No tag-teams.
☠ Fights are one on one unless everyone fighting consents otherwise.
☠ No weapons, including magic.
☠ Other than that? Carla gives no fucks. Beat each other bloody.
☠ Breaking the rules: everyone mobs you and you are beaten unconscious before you are tossed out and never invited back.
☠ If you want to fight, sign up here. You have until the 8th to do so.
☠ Answering her IC post is not strictly required, but welcome if you want.
☠ If you want to pick your own partner? Go for it. Anyone who has their Opponent AND/OR Winner fields left blank, I will RNG up.
☠ Please talk to the other player before signing them up for anything. PM them, use the comments of this post, plurk them. I do not care. Just ask first.
☠ The log will go up on the 10th, leaving you a couple days to talk to your randomly generated friend beforehand and all weekend.
☠ Can you handwave any and/or all of this? Yes. Please feel free to do so. If you don't like writing fights, but would like to brush with some new CR, then you are in exactly the right place. All I ask is that you put your name on my spreadsheet so we know that's what you want.
☠ If your character would show up to spar, but not to free-brawl, that's cool too. They can watch, they can talk to people before taking off, whatever you want. I have a 'spectator' delineation on the spreadsheet, which encompasses everything other than fighters.
☠ Can you fight multiple people? Yes. After the initial number draw, folks are free to challenge whoever they think looks good.
☠ Super-powered characters are absolutely invited, but honestly how much fun would they even have using their superpowers on someone without equal augmentation? Try to tone it down to hand-to-hand, or make plans accordingly.
tl;dr You are free to do just about anything, just sign up on the sheet.
