Rosella will probably want to meet him at least once, just by virtue of the fact that she'll want to try to know everyone who's working for her (and she's usually pretty good with quiet and shy-like people, since she's so friendly herself), so if you want to handwave a meeting we can do that, or if you'd like to work something out threadwise, we can definitely do that, too!
