It is I, Kippur kippurbringing you another OC. :O Because that's pretty much all I play. So there.

This is Laruna. She's probably going to be the only person happy to find herself in the City, because she's familiar with inter-dimensional travel through her brother and he never takes her anywhere. And now she's finally somewhere without him and it'll be awesome.

Anyway, she's a wizard with the ability to manipulate water. It's kind of like the Avatar bending thing, except that wizards are a separate race from humans and only wizards can manipulate one of the four elements.

Um. Yes. Also she makes wine out of water.
