17-18; MMO Weekend
Citizens are on a mission in a virtual City that's the center of a wide expansive network of worlds. To them it's reality, to the rest of the City these people have been playing their game for way way too long. The problem is they aren't waking up, so who's on the real mission here?

Curse citizens will be swept into an adventure! When we say swept we mean their bodies remain in a zombified, trance like state in front of their devices, game systems, computers or laptops. The real action happens in a Massively Multiplayer Online game! This game is so enthralling that it is impossible to disconnect. No, really. They cannot log out or come to. It's their reality, man.

In this virtual reality cursed citizens will have MMO identities. They can be based on anything! It could be a cowboy on the Oregon trail who took a wrong turn or a four winged sabretooth tiger warrior falling from battle and anything in between. This is who they think are. What do you mean that Black Ops soldier is a thirteen year old girl? Madness. MMO identities can be inspired by existing online game characters but they cannot be that character exactly like Mr. T Night Elf Mohawk or a canon that is in-game. Please no 4th walling. Every MMO needs a device to communicate with the Network be it electronic like a space age watch or a magic mirror.

What happens in this MMO City? Anything! Fights that break apart digital buildings to have them replaced as good as new immediately after, quests for treasure, find the princess in another castle, desperate attempts to level up? Any damage done to the virtual City will repair itself. Players are free to create their own locations unique to the virtual City as long as they're hidden like an underground lair or out of the way of the urban landscape like a castle deep in the forest--these kinds of locations can be left in ruins if you wish!

Be careful! Dying is possible in the virtual City! MMOs who expire will become ghostly NPCs that haunt the spot they died in and be unable to move. That is unless someone resurrects them with a spell or magic object. Virtual City death isn't true City Death.

At the curses end, the cursed citizens will snap out of their daze back into reality.
