Alexiel-mun here with my second character! He should be fairly noticeable, but just in case you don't recognize him - he's Zack Fair from Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core. As far as his personality goes, I think his nick-name says a lot in that regard (cough"Zack the Puppy"cough).
