I should have done this weeks ago, but I was pretty convinced I could swing things around! Things are pretty complicated right now, so I don't have as much free time as I'd like right now. Dulcie is from Libba Bray's fabulous YA fantasy/road trip novel Going Bovine. She's a punk-rock angel with a sugar addiction and a tendency to spray-paint her wings. And now that work has settled down and I'm catching up and staying caught up on all my RP things, I've brought Liam Lunettes from Pandora Hearts back into the game! I was going to wait until the end of the month, but people twisted my arm with new cast members coming into the cast.

I couldn't resist.

So, yes. Here is one stoically awesome personal assistant who's usually unnoticed but he's got a heart of gold. He's also a coward and he'll be sad without his best friend, Break, no longer in the City.

Hello new RP buddies.  I am brand spankin' new to Poly and I am bringing someone who I hear has been here before. 

Meet Harry Dresden.  He's a Wizard from The Dresden Files.  He is very bad with technology (it tends to break around him) so he might need some help.  He was modeled after Noir detective novels, very hard boiled with a weak spot for damsels in distress.  He can be grumpy and stubborn and very stuck in his ways.  He's sarcastic and he doesn't take crap from bullies.  He's going to be conflicted about showing up here because I'm taking him from where the series has left off which isn't a particularly good spot for him but also not a good spot for his friends who he'll want to be able to keep tabs on.  Fortunately Ivy is here to soften the blow. As much as an archive of knowledge with an adorable button nose can. If you need a detective for anything, he's your guy. 

Harry doesn't use a wand.  He walks around with a six foot staff.  He's actually 6'9" so most people will be looking up at him.  Paint him green and call him jolly. 

His magic of choice is usually fire though he handles most elements at one time or another.  For more info I have his app up in his journal.  

As for contacting me, I'll mostly be posting in the evenings and I'm on the west coast so late for everyone on the other side of the US.  I don't get a lot of time so I can't get on AIM unless it's really necessary and I plan it out early.  I'm easiest to contact via PM or my contact post in my journal. Or e-mail, that works too.  I have a permissions post up in my journal as well. 

I'm still putting everything together so I imagine I'll get an IC post going tomorrowish.  :)  I look forward to playing with all of you!
