Her name's The Archive and she knows things. She's a magical entity and the sum of human knowledge. She's also eleven.

Anyway, HI! I'm Faust. I have no idea if a certain Alois Trancy has spoken about him but I've brought in his butler.

Claude Faustus, ladies and gents! He's a bit of an ice wall, definitely the strong silent type. While normally he'd be doting on Alois, I kind of took him from a point where he kind of... Hates his guts. But hey, he's still an amazing butler, mind! Just has his moments of crazy.

Oh and... He crochets and talks to birds, I kid you not.
