Hi, I'm Arwing. You might remember me as the mun of such characters as Garrus Vakarian (officer_garrus), Gin Rummy (classywigger), and Lockdown (ruthless_hunter). Well, now I have a fourth character. Might stop apping for a while, to see if I can juggle four characters.

Anyway, meet Vicente Valtieri from The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion. Vicente's a vampire and high-ranking member of an assassins' group who worship the god Sithis. He's also really nice if you get to know him.

At this point, he can't go out in the daylight. Not unless something gets worked out, anyway. He'll be living in some basement during the day.

Also, he's been taken just before The Purification, which is where his role in the game comes to an end.
