So! As the Friends of Princess Rosella (FoPR?) know, the princess has been planning a "First Day of Spring lolz" garden party for tomorrow.
And Cain has been trying to spread the word that, lolz, it's actually also her birthday /trollface And he's been busy with a little subterfuge to try and pimp Rosella's party--yes, he's going to put a party in the party, so she can party while she parties /)_(\;;
Now, the general idea among the conspirators is to essentially amplify whatever Rosella has already done to a level more befitting a royal birthday shindig--as well as bring the whole "birthday" thing to the forefront. But without telling her about it. So, thanks to some well-placed informants and a few failed/hacked Network posts, if she ordered ten bouquets, they ordered fifty more; if her cake had two layers, now it has six tiers; three party games became seven with a jousting tournament, and so on. And all this extra...stuff will turn up at the Palace Gardens, along with some of the conspirators, just in time and, hey, well, what a party, right?
Along with that, there's some plans for music and dancing (thanks to Susan Pevensie and the Blue Light), games and contests, obstacle courses, archery contests, probably a pick-up-things-because-they-might-be-useful scavenger hunt, chocolate fountains on every table (because, and I quote, "Angela Montenegro is a flagrant enabler"--and why am I not a player-character again?), and maybe even a tournament of knights (complete with some homemade lances--no, I'm not kidding).
If you'd like to get in on the ordeal, help with scheming, volunteer some IC services or items or ideas, step right on up. I think we're playing it pretty fast and loose and rolling with whatever and doing it all for the lols. I think we're even still sort of kicking ideas around, so toss in an idea if you have one and we can giggle it up, hey? It's Rosella's party, the conspirators are just here to make it...bigger. It's their gift to her. And it's all in fun.
Also--happy Vernal Equinox to everyone in the Northern hemisphere, and happy Autumnal Equinox to everyone in the Southern hemisphere! Did you balance an egg today? Either way, I hope you saw the moon last night because it was the closest it's been to the Earth in about 20 years (it was even 15% bigger than normal to the naked eye, too, or so science tells me!).
