Hello! My name is Desh and you have no idea how long I've been waiting to play with a certain Sebastian via my Grell. Being one of my two favorite Sebby's, I've seen this little game from a distance and have been stalking it for quite some time. Salutations, Poly! Some of you might remember this guy. I played him here awhile back, but those of you who don't remember him/weren't here, here's what you need to know about Van:

1.) He's from a series/trilogy by Mercedes Lackey titled The Last Herald Mage. The book I am taking him from is called Magic's Pawn.

2.) He is a powerful mage and he is skilled in mind magic.

3.) He had a lover named Tylendel, but Tylendel (or 'Lendel) committed suicide not that long ago in Van's time-line. In fact, he has only started to heal from that loss. (Especially since Tylendel is/was Van's soul-mate. In the book, soul-mates are called "life-bonded".)

4.) He is skilled when it comes to hunting and hand to hand combat (which is surprising considering what a peacock he was before he met/lost Tylendel). He has spent the last few months amongst a tribe/civilization named Tayledras. They are skilled in hunting/magic and shielding one's self from harmful magic (mental or otherwise).
