This is one hot bitch Tania Doberg, from the manhwa Witch Hunter. (Which is a pretty big D.Gray-Man rip off, but sssssh, we don't talk about that~) She's a high ranking member of an organization whose purpose is to hunt down and capture/kill witches... so. Fair warning to witchy types she might not take to you so kindly at first. Her particular powers lie in the realm of moving and shaking the earth small to large scale (think like earth benders from Avatar), and she'll be quite displeased to find herself here in The City.
