Hey there, again, Poly! This is Hallie, player of elegantcontract, back again with a second, very different, muse. This time it is Johanna Mason from The Hunger Games. A few things about her--she's spent her entire life under the crazy government of Panem, won her own Hunger Games by pretending to be a weakling and then going after everyone with axes, and then attempted to aid a revolution which basically got her captured and tortured. Fun times. She's coming from the middle of the third book, and so will be a bit crazier than normal. She's a bit abrasive, doesn't really care about normal social conventions, and likes making people feel uncomfortable. So, yes. Enjoy her.

You may have noticed that my tags have been nonexistent for the past week. I was moving! I just didn't tell anyone outside of the hiatus post, lol. I would've been fine, but I got sick at the exact same time and so my inspiration killed itself. I ended up having to drop a game and most of my tags, it was pretty bad.

I'm still not completely better, but I'm trying to tag out while I can.

Aaaand a bit of news: I'm going away on Christmas and have no idea when that is, but I'll post a hiatus accordingly (it shouldn't be that long, really).

Hello, Poly! Apparently I, Riko, am cursed to always fail at my first character in a game so excuse me as I swap a child emperor for an ex-child emperor. Meet Gregor Vorbarra from Lois McMaster Bujold's Vorkosigan Books. He is the head of a pseudo-Slavic military aristocracy and is generally friendly though a little sheltered and reserved because of his life of no privacy ever ever. For those of you who know what I'm on about, he's taken from the end of Vor Game, making him about 25 and a bit lower on the daddy issues than in his younger days.

It's been a very bad week...

Besides being pretty sick, my only grandparent passed away. I'm going to be taking a flight out tomorrow to Arizona to go to her funeral. Needless to say, although I will take a laptop with me (addict that I am), I won't be likely to be able to rp much if at all. It's a very short trip though so I'll be back in a few days. Wish me very safe smooth flights, I also have a crippling fear of flying.  ... making this a profoundly stressful weekend... *clings to poly*
