Okay this only too me like WEEKS TO FINALLY TYPE UP BUT... I have been running around for weddings and other states and blaaah.

I've been talking with a few people, and I was wondering if the rest of the community would be interested in putting together a bestiary/monster book of all the different monsters that can be found around the City. It's something small, but some concrete, visible monsters may be useful. Perhaps your character is strolling through the forest/underground and sees some hideous creature that others should know about?

I don't know! The possibilities are endless. Look! I even have examples as to why this may be useful/potential for lulz!

So, say, Character A kills Monster 1 and drags a few trophy parts home, making notes in the bestiary of Monster 1's traits and weaknesses. Character B wants a few of those parts herself, so she goes down to the underground. What she actually kills is Monster 1-C, a subset type with entirely different weaknesses. This post ensues:

"CHARACTER A, YOU LIAR, THAT MONSTER WAS NOT WEAK TO FIRE. YOU KNOW WHAT I KNOW IS WEAK TO FIRE? YOUR PANTS."

Monsters can be original/unique to the Polychromatic universe. But they can also resemble monsters from other canon worlds. Guidelines to monsters better explained here!

The list will be, of course, incomplete, no matter how many are entered. But we're looking for a basic compilation rather than a ~complete~ list.

So, keeping it short, Lenalee's going back home with her friends. This should have been expected by now, huh? I deeply apologize for the lack of my involvement in this game, but between all my hiatuses and personal changes I've gone through the past month, I simply lost my bonds for this place. However, that certainly doesn't mean this RP has stopped being awesome, and honestly, after playing here for so long before, I'm really proud to have been part of this game.

Thank you to everyone who's made me feel at home regardless of the circumstances, and I wish you all the best. Who knows? Maybe I'll come back someday with somebody else... ♥

Good evening, everyone, and we hope you're enjoying the evening with a relaxing Weeping Angel and... a bus sized turkey. Gobble, gobble, remember that? Even if you weren't one of the three to volunteer to slay the beastie, we have another opportunity available for you, if you choose to accept it.

We need three volunteers willing to allow their character to be subject to the infestation of slugs that will be crawling from the turkey's body. And by infestation, we mean enjoying the sensation of a slug crawling through the ear, (how exactly, in your character's sleep, or by other circumstance, would be up to you), and influencing the brain. Mind Control!

Once the slug enters the ear, and travels further, characters will immediately begin to feel... off. They won't really be able to explain it, but a need to scratch at that itch of their ear every now and then accompanies it. Further details will be provided to the participants/volunteers, as we don't want to spoil any upcoming surprises.

While we may open this up to further infestation victims, right now we're looking for three volunteers, (and the 3 who volunteered to take on the turkey also have slots beyond this 3 reserved for them if they desire to participate). If you'd like, feel free to leave a comment here and we'll contact you with further information for the plot!

Emergency hiatus for personal reasons.  I assume I won't be out longer than a couple of days, but I'm not entirely sure.  Affected characters are Justin (this journal) and Penny (horrible_penny ).  I'll try to finish up any threads I have going on, but apologies in advance for being slow or dropping them.  Please don't be afraid to send a private message to either character account if you have any questions, concerns, or threads that need attention.
