So I'm moving in less than a week and lmfao should really... stop being a lazy ass and start working on that. fff I haven't even taken out the trash in like a year, GOOD LUCK FINDING THE MOTIVATION FOR THIS. So semi-hiatus between now and Wednesday (I want to get some posts in for that pride curse...) and then full hiatus from Thursday to Sunday night, at which point I will hopefully be back to get some Father's Day curse posts in before midnight. o/

Hey, Polyites! Alex here, interrupting your undersea shenanigans for a heads-up on an upcoming mini!plot.

So, here we have a Rudy! Sadly, as much as Rudy enjoys trolling the City with his sarcasm and misanthropy, he has decided that he has more than served his term of imprisonment here in the City, and therefore it is time to deprive you all of his magnanimous presence. In other words, he's busting out of here. You'll get over the disappointment someday, he's sure.

( So here's what he plans to do... )

TL;DR: the timeline goes like this:

MONDAY, JUNE 14TH: Rudy and Reinette go to the hall and portrait it up. Rudy disappears. Reinette is pleased. Incorporeal!Rudy is not so pleased. Mike arrives.

TUESDAY, JUNE 15TH: ~Mysterious hauntings~.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 16th: Mike discusses ~mysterious hauntings~ on the Network. Learns that no, such things are not commonplace around here. The dramatic reveal eventually hits. Our heroes go about figuring out what exactly happened and how to reverse it.

THURSDAY, JUNE 17th: Rudy Miller is back in corporeal action, with one escape attempt failed but one best friend and accomplice added to the equation.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?
Well, Rudy doesn't plan to say goodbye to anybody before he leaves (since he won't be around to feel guilty if he succeeds, and he'd look pretty stupid if he did it and then failed). However, Mike will be introing looking for him, and Reinette will probably be pretty vocal about the fact that, holy crap, hanging up your portrait in the Hall really works to send you home! (Or so they think.) So feel free to have your character make note of this information, start shopping around for artists of their own, etc.

Secondly, the ~mysterious hauntings~. I'm open to having Rudy haunt more people than just Mike, particularly because it'll make for some good conversation when his post about it goes up on Wednesday, but in order to have Rudy troll your character, they must meet the following criteria:

1) He knows them well enough to have a good reason for haunting them. Unfortunately, he won't just be hitting up random people off the street, since he would want people to know it's him, and random people wouldn't be able to recognize his...style, shall we say.

2) It must be feasible for him to access them. Drop me a line in the comments here and we'll talk it over!
