Okay, now forget it because it's totally not relevant.

For a while now I've been thinking that it would be REALLY EFFING NEAT if all the magic-users in the City got together and actually, like. Knew each other. Because right now it's sort of like they're all isolated-ish because for some reason none of them find "HEY THAT GUY DOES MAGIC TOO" to be a sufficiently compelling reason to interact. Yet, if they did interact, think of all the AWESOME that would happen!



... I'm not very articulate right now, and I apologize.

I actually meant to do all this yesterday, but I'll be posting some kinda actionspam sort of thing sometime today, but that's really mostly for crack interaction and IC explanations. This post is more for... comments? Suggestions? Discussion? Actual sign-ups? Like if your character were not in the City but you still wanted to assume they signed up later. Or you didn't feel like tagging. Or you didn't have time.

OH HI POLY guess who's back. Do you remember me? No? Yes? ♥ ANYWAYZ. I'm back from hiatus and bringing soulofocean and 1001teatimes back to action! Bear with me as I get back into the swing of things. I actually missed playing quite a lot, so expect Umi to be posting sometime tomorrow-ish or so. \o/ I still need to check that calendar. The Art of Not!War

Thursday night is time to party! Well, does 12:01am Friday count as a Thursday night? And does it count if it's not really a party?

Either way around midnight between Thursday and Friday (that's June 3 and June 4) Nuada will be posting an ambiguous post of ambiguity before bringing his Golden Platoon Army back to the City. By army I mean 10 soldiers, more like 9 soldiers since one of them will be used for good! To see what the Golden Army can do, click here and ignore the music while you're at it.

The 10 soldiers will be coming out from a subway station located near the City General Hospital. They'll never actually make it to the hospital because Hanna (manofgnee) will be getting in their way. But within that intersection the Golden Army will be doing some damage to the street, to some City property, and hopefully to some characters. That is, if you want your characters to get involved! It's highly encouraged! Because no one wants their rampage to last very long 8( There won't be a log for the fight times but you're more than welcome to assume having seen the Golden Army wreaking havoc or participate in stopping them. Which is what this post is for, coordination between players volunteering their characters to stop the soldiers. Again, Hanna (manofgnee) will be on the scene leading the intervention!

At about 12:30am--yes a half hour, because when a Golden Army soldier falls apart it can put itself back together again--it's assumed all ten soldiers have been destroyed and any that were not taken apart by other characters will simply become inanimate. Why inanimate? Because Nuada is getting killed in the subway tunnels by a pack of wolves Team Supernatural because Jadis is too busy watching Coronation Street 8| The elf boy has caused enough trouble so now he's going to pay the price. He'll be back though! Just not immediately.
