Hello polychromatids! Not a hiatus sort of post, but a note for two of my characters.

Suou Pavlichenko (sapanwood) will be returning home for an update on 3/28 and should return 4/1 or mid-plague plot depending on which way the wind blows. She'll be updated to around episode 7 or 8, though either point in canon will have her returning quite a bit different. She is on the run from the Russian Gov't and various organizations with drunken hobo Hei an asshole as a companion. Inevitably, she will be an adult in kids shoes, a natural reflex to having dealt with various circumstances including watching her best friend kill her crush best friend (LINK IS NOT SFW. ;;) aaaand training to be a proper "agent," which means this. And she knows the moves to take down people twice her size Most markedly though, Suou will be convinced and insisting that as a Contractor she doesn't have emotions, and will play to that insistence.

Tristan Thorn (gazingup) will be returning home for an update on 3/28 also, and returning to the City on 3/31 updated further into the movie. He will be less of child, less of a fool, and noticeably more charming with special feelings for Yvaine.

thornsmoke I still would love to log Suou with Roxas before she's updated, so perhaps we could backdate a log or comment log? /will catch you on messenger

Anyway, my laptop has suffered a grievous soda spill and the keyboard is currently... not totally okay. /punching at it with mixed results right now

I have a new one on order, so as soon as I get it and crack this thing open to swap it out, I'll be back in action. I will be notably absent over the weekend since I'm not at home with my mercifully functional desktop.

Planning to be around for the Passover curse, especially with Dr. J.E.W. here, but I'll doing that whole seder thing, so this should be through Monday night.

Affects Wilson, Todd and Ferris. Who each need a post still so I'll be here getting those in at least.

I have finals and an upcoming assignment I need to focus on for the couple of weeks in between my crazy work schedule, so I'll be on a slowatus until April 14th, the latest.

It's not that I've lost the muse, because I haven't. Nor is it that I don't enjoy playing her, because I do. It is some unquantifiable other thing that causes me to have a difficult time building and maintaining CR with her.

That, and since I came back from STL I've had a lot less time for RP. This might just be temporary, but with prepping for Sakuracon I'm volunteering this year fjdkalgldsf I just don't see that changing at any time before the end of the month. And maybe it shouldn't. Maybe I should be doing more stuff.

In retrospect, apping into a new game during one of the busiest and most important semesters of college was probably not the brightest idea.

Which is to say: apologies for my intense fail, but in the interest of keeping my sanity intact I'll be taking a hiatus from March 28-April 28. I'll still be aroundish, so poke me over AIM or email if you need Rakushun for anything. Hopefully April won't be as dire as it looks and I'll be back early, but I'm not counting on it at this point.
