I probably shouldn't be writing any semblance of an intro at the moment. Paper writing + exams + sleep deprivation = tired, hyper Sire. Mmmhmm.

Anyway. I am almost done with my exams and whatnot. Just one more to go! At the current moment I am, like, at work... So when I get home I will be adding the finishing touches to Lelouch here and then throw him into the chaos. He's not post death, so anyone that knows anything about about the end of the series? Yeah those events will definitely be lost on him (not that he doesn't have an idea of what is going to happen after he bites the dust).

So I'm going to a certain giant coastal city for Christmastime! I'll have internet access, but between family, CERTAIN PEOPLE WHO SHALL REMAIN NAMELESS and cooking enough baked goods to destroy my fine, fine figure, I will be sort of hiatusing. I will still be around and posting, methinks, just probably not enough to count as particularly active. I should be back around the 3rd.

So semi-hiatus for me and my crew.

This is Veda calling a hiatus. Or maybe a semi-hiatus, as nothing is physically keeping me away from the computer. Completely out of the blue and at an awful time, so I'm really, really sorry. Justin (absinthe_eyed ) and Penny (horrible_penny ) are the only ones affected.  Some stuff is going down with Penny, so I plan on keeping an eye on that.  As always, please contact me--preferably via a private message at my personal journal, ohsoboring --if you need anything.  I don't bite. Ladies and gentlemen of the City, Anne Shirley is returning to a fountain near you! But she will not be exactly as you remember...

Well, okay, she'll basically be almost exactly as you remember. Just...older. Because let's face it, the only real difference between 12 year old Anne Shirley and 15 year old Anne Shirley is the latter will actually give Gilbert Blythe the time of day. Well, and she dresses nicer.

I'll be bringing her in just as she's gotten off the train to go to Queens College (yes, I must always bring her in involving a train. You know she would have loved to go to Hogwarts). She's a little older, a little wiser, and much more well-adjusted than her younger self. Her memories of the City will be fuzzy -- enough to go: "OMG, NEIL, YOU'RE STILL HERE!" but not enough to go: "Hey, remember that one rehearsal where I totally botched my line?"
