Howdy! Some of you all probably know me as the person playing Maya Fey over at turnaboutspirit. (I'm Lauren.) As you've probably guessed by now, I'm bringing in my second character, and it's another goofy girl, only this one's a fairy. No, seriously. After a mighty battle with my word processor and my bumbling brain, I've apped in Rikku from Kingdom Hearts as a canon OC.

I don't have her info up and available yet (I know ;_; bad of me) but I'm not going to actually intro her in for a few more days as I'm still in the process of making her icons and setting up her info at her journal. When you've played a character for two months but realize you've hardly made a handful of friends for her, it's probably squatting, gah.

Dropping Kara Thrace from Battlestar Galactica, who's a lot harder to play without canonmates than I expected for her to be. If anyone else apps BSG, I'd be totally in for it again, but for now it's probably best to let this one go. Thanks so much to everyone who played with her! Sorry I was such fail.

First order of business: dropping Nia, bye-bye Nia. The muse is not with me any longer. To her Lil Bro Leon go her things, and there should be letters in the apartment for Yuri, Leon, and Estelle. Nia is going to that big flower garden in the sky.

Second order of business: doctor's appointment and Mary Poppins (!!!!) tomorrow, and a trip to Columbus on Saturday, meaning I will not be around this weekend (much). Yes, I owe people tags (especially on Millie's post). I'm getting to them! I've been working and busy and going to bed at 9 PM sob /wrists

I'm going to go ahead and call a semi-hiatus. I will be working tomorrow, busy all weekend + Monday and then leaving for a full hiatus on the 28th due to a vacation. (and by 'vacation' I mean 'being forced to go to Texas to see family I don't even get along with'.) SO I'll be around sporadically from now until Tuesday at which point I'll totally disappear. I hope to return around August 3rd or 4th, depending on how nice work is to me. I'm betting on not very nice.

The reason for this is:
1)Because he feels the network provides the deities with data for their experiments on the inhabitants of the City.
2)In obsessive stalker fashion, he is lashing out at having lost Saya at the ones he deems responsible.

I'm back from my cross-country roadtrip, got my stuff unpacked, and my wonderful boyfriend is going home tomorrow, which means...yes, RP therapy! (okay, not really, but I will likely be bored)

So I am planning on bringing Sylar (makes_you_tick) back, just in time for the empty City curse. Expect a post! He's only updated by five minutes in his own world, and yet that does mean there's one important difference-- occasionally he uses his shapeshifting ability to turn into his mom and have conversations with himself. Way to be even more unstable, Sylar. You're a winner.

Unfortunately, I am gonna have to go ahead and let Spike go- please friend remove lessritual over here, or just hover over lessritual. My apologies for not doing a whole heck of a lot with him- I had plans, and I love him to death, but sometimes it just doesn't work out. As I mentioned before, though, there are other plans. :3 Thanks to everyone who played with him, it was fun!

So TWC is doing a little work in my area and killed the cable. Brilliant, right? Luckily I had to go back to work tonight so I could *coughcough* work. They think it will be taken care of by tomorrow evening, but if it isn't, I'll be more-or-less hiatused until it is - which with the weekend coming could mean next week sometime?

If I'm lucky, someone has a non-TWC, unprotected wireless node that I can access because I really don't want to miss tomorrow's curse.
