Hey, Poly!  This is Veda (Carl/Justin/Drusilla-mun), and I have two quick notes.

First and foremost, Drusilla is leaving the City.  She left a final, cryptic entry, but she won't be coming back.  As such, do friend remove nocakestoday at your leisure.  Many thanks to those who entertained her crazy!  Should anyone wish to pick her up and make use of this account, feel free to message me for the password and such.

Secondly, Real Life just got Serious, necessitating a break from the magical land of interwebz.  I'll be more-or-less absent until Friday (although I will do what I can to continue replying to threads that are already in progress).  If there's something that you want to poke me about, your best bet is to send me a message via my regular journal ( ohsoboring  )--I tend to check that more often than email which probably says volumes about the state of my life.

So, it's that time of the semester again. Finals are next week, and I've got a bunch of papers and such due this week, so I'm going to have to take a hiatus. As of today, both Kagami (lightnovelsftw) and Ikuto (cat_on_strings) will have disappeared from the City. Iktuo will have left his extremely late White Day present on Amu's windowsill, and Kagami's roommates can notice how quiet it suddenly is. :D They'll both be back in two weeks, probably canon updated. If anyone needs to get in contact with me, e-mail is the best way to go, since I no longer have access to AIM. See you in two weeks, Poly! ^_^

Sooooo Mici's a little cursed.

That said: Derek (sent_back) will be going home for a canon update starting today. He'll leave nice and early this morning because doing his job and finding the Terminator now in the City would give him too much of a distraction, or something. He'll be back after the finale airs, so probably on Saturday.

So unfortunately, our family pet recently passed away. Because of this my sleep schedule has been all manner of strange or non-existent and I haven't had as much energy or concentration as I might normally.

I've also been having issues with a lot of my char voices, mostly because of ennui, so I'm going to re-watch some of their canons and maybe update or modify their canon points in Poly. And that means some hiatuses and pulls of chars to see if I can get past the 'feel guilty when I look at this username' stage of inactivity.


everheardoftact -> Rupert Giles : Buffy TVS -> Not going home, will still be chilling around the City. Plan to update him to season 6 within the next week. Godmod rights to Buffy, Willow, Ianto and Dawn-muns!

everyfacet -> Dr Manhattan : Watchmen -> Not going home, will still be chilling and minding his own business, but I want to re-watch and re-read a few times. Godmod to Ozymandias-mun if she needs it.

lupusnonfacit -> Remus Lupin : Harry Potter -> Leaving the City. I'm trying to decide when/how to bring him out, may do a canon rollback to Order of the Phoenix. Will be back in a week if I decide to keep the pup, after I re-read Deathly Hallows and consider what to do with him.


Once again, I am SO SORRY for the lack of activity on their parts and not tagging you guys, esp. you, canonmates! Here's hoping this mental vacation helps remind me why I like playing them and I can throw myself into the game with the characters again.

H-heeeeeey, it's Joly. So. I disappeared for... like... a month and Rika showed up on 4th Wall Day. And I just want to give a heads up that I'm still here, and I promise on coming back this time. And making my three posts because of the activity check ajldsk.

Rika Furude (smilenipaa) will be coming back to the City later tonight or tomorrow. For sure this time. No memory of the City. She'll be coming from the end of chapter one Saikoroshi-hen, the sound novel version.

Popping by to say that as of right now, Hermione Granger is out of the City in preparation for a canon update! Not entirely sure where to yet, depending on how crazy I want her to come back (delicious possibilities include post-Bellatrix torture and Polyjuice!Bellatrixing at Gringotts, we'll see~). She'll probably be back in a week or so, if not less.

Also popping by to say that the end of midterm season's around the corner, so while I'm not going on hiatus, I might not be around as much until Thursday or later if I'm still in my post-exam funk.

Possible canon updates for Sam Winchester and Hiro Nakamura and Jamie Madrox are also peeending.
