Anyway, a heads up ~ With the shiny Graffiti plot done and over with, just to let you guys know, we're all happily open for IC-participation/joining now. Character rebellion-plot-IC joining can be done... well, a couple of ways! We can talk about it, assume, and stuff, we can backlog, we can um... we can also retcon! Or something! Anyway, the ends justify the means ♥ But yeah, since the first requirement was suitably carried out... well, it's now up to all of us ~

And next up; before we can mount anything, the Celestial Knights have to um... gather information! This can be anything, from previous attempts against the deities, information on how deity trades are done... any dirt and whatnot we can get about the deities ~!

I'll have to figure out how this'll be carried out with subtlety but... somehow, it shall be worked out!

And and and-- since I plan to update the plot tracker soon; if you have anything you wish to add to the plot tracker, or something you think should be added to it... please feel free to ping me about it ♥

And this reminds me of a couple of loose ends I still have to tie... um... yup.

I apologize for the tardiness of this post--spring break limits my net time, and I'm really sorry for all the backtagging and how late I am in addressing some wardenship issues. I plan on posting Hiro within the next couple of days, likely tomorrow if I can wrangle a couple of hours. This post is meant both to clarify what where I intend on going with Hiro given his position as warden but also more importantly to allow discussion between all of Poly's members as to what you guys would like to see, since this position was created as a means to give you guys more fun and to facilitate some of your plots.

I am notoriously tl;dr to the point where it's pretty much a character flaw, but under this cut will be!

- Platform, now with less Engrish
- Plans for Hiro's second and special add-on engagements that he would like to have with Setsuna
- Hiro's take on the Rebellion and how he plans on tackling that
- How can I best help you?/Communication/etc.

Note: All of this is a work-in-progress! I didn't want to actually implement any of this in play without running it by the player body, and if there is something which you are not comfortable with in this post, please tell me, and I will be more than glad to talk things out and hopefully reach a point where everyone can be satisfied.

A school post just for you! As you know, this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday is the Fast Times at City High Curse. To recap:

26; Fast Times at City High (class)
Citizens are now a part of the network of learning institutions in the City. There's a public school, a private school, a university, and everything in between! Whether citizens are members of the student body or faculty is completely up to you. Today is the last day before exams so study hard!

27; Fast Times at City High (exams)
The students are put to the test with a series of examinations crafted to perfection by the evil faculty. This is the last challenge they must face before they can claim the true prize!

28; Fast Times at City High (dance)
The spring dance is here, finally a way for everyone, student and teacher, to relax! Dates, dresses, and dances are a’plenty at the celebration in the Square!

So here is a list of schools in which your characters may enroll as students, teachers, or general staff from custodian to counselor (however no character is allowed to fulfill a head position like Headmaster or Principal as these will be taken by deities). Keep in mind that these are just the major city schools complete with new (but temporary) buildings located within walking distance of the Square. You are free to have characters come from smaller institutions (one or two moderately sized buildings instead of complete campuses) of your own creation within reason, but if you're unsure don't hesitate to ask in this post! The City will simply make space for all the schools in the way the City magically expands sometimes for curses.

Characters may revert to younger ages or age up to fulfill positions of your choosing. Characters may also be affected in a way that makes them believe they have always been in school, complete with an AU background history of having gone to one of the elementary schools or having transferred from a teaching position at the public school to a private school, etc. etc. Feel free to run with it!

The dance on Saturday is an egalitarian event put on by the deities themselves. There will be music and food and entertainment venues in the Square, sign up not necessary for attendance, so even unaffected characters can crash the party. You are free to have your characters hold their own private parties as well if you wish in the true spirit of sorority, fraternity, or general school rivalry.

These campuses will disappear and the city layout will return to normal after midnight (12am/00:00 EST March 29), but if you want characters may keep a small possession as a souvenir of their time. This can be their school uniform, pompoms, or a corsage for example, but it must be something of no significant magical, scientific, or monetary value.

Now without further ado, the schools! The way this works is as such; each major school will have its own comment in this entry. Please comment to the thread of your choice with this format:

character name :: character lj :: position (teacher, student, etc.)

You may include details in your single comment about the subject your character is teaching and their teaching style, or you may include your character's year and if they have been at the school or are a transfer, etc. Please try to keep spam in the school threads at a minimum! You may run wild with discussion outside of the school threads, make a new thread to this post at will.

Another note: you do not have to sign up in order to participate in the curse or to have your character at one of these schools! This is purely for ease of reference and organization which some players may find helpful. Thanks and hope you guys have fun with this one ♥

Hello there, I'm Meghann or Meg whichever. I'm bringing you Layla Miller from X-Factor. She's coming fresh from the brand new X-Factor issue 41 . Which means that Layla is no longer a child, tween, or teen. She's an adult now omg and has assets! XD I'm not sure of her exact age as it hasn't been mentioned yet, come to think of it her young version age was never mentioned was it? Annnnnnyway she comes from the very end of issue 41, so if you haven't read it it's a guarantee that she's full of spoilers.


Layla's ability for those of you who haven't read X-verse comics, is to "know stuff." Basically her abilities are in line with the Chaos Theory. She can see the different paths that events may take and their ultimate outcome. She has said that if she tells people what will happen she will die, this may have something to do with the Chaos Theory coming back at her, for each action there is an equal reaction type thing. Yes I copied that somewhat from my app

So basically she can know things sometimes, like if the phone will ring, when someone may be coming to the door, if she orders pizza from a few places at once that it may cause a crash and save someone's life, that you may trip over that rock, and stuff like that.

She may open doors before you've knocked, answer her phone before it rings, say that she knew you were going to break that glass, or something small like that. Let me know if this bothers you.
