I completely, completely apologize. I am an utter, utter dumbass, and I really, really need to stop spamming you guys with my annoying stupidity. I posted a hiatus announcement pretty much as soon as the problem resolved itself. That happens, right? It's like, totally messed up, and I am sorry for any angst or handgnashing I caused. I really did expect this to take awhile, but I got poked by the character on the bus this morning, and well, one thing leads to another. I really am sorry, and I will attempt to be less stupid.

Hey ho! It's time for Crowley to cause some more trouble. This time in a bit different way.

Crowley is about to have his body killed in a particularly ignominious fashion. OMG, is that a falling superhero? Per Good Omens canon, it's not just so simple as reanimating the body, and the City won't be resurrecting him because he's not actually dead - just bodiless.

That means there's going to be a period of time where there will be a discorporated demon wandering around the City and this is where volunteerism comes in.

Would you like to have your character possessed by Crowley for a day? ^___^ He won't cause any damage to the body and I will respect any limits you put on his behavior as far as how it affects the body. He's not likely to take it out to the bordellos anyway, though a beer is definitely not out of the question.

Your character will still be in partial control of the body and fully cognizant of everything that happens.

I want to get this going fairly quickly (starting tonight anyone?) because the timing affects the person playing his cause of death as well.

Interested? Let me know which character you'd like possessed and what day you'd prefer this to happen. If we have a few people who really only have time on the same day, I can have him do serial same-day hopping. I'm going to be flexible on the overall duration of this event based on the volunteers. Eventually he will get a fresh shell of a body, but there's no rush.

ETA: Except Mondays. >.< My whole day on Mondays is work and school until 9:00 p.m.

Ever have a character come back and bite you?

A while ago, I played one Henry Fitzroy, vampire. It was fun, but there came a time when his royal crankiness had to be sent away. That time being past, and temptation being present, Henry wound up in the app threads again. Now he's coming back to the City, and he has no idea what's going on.

If you haven't met Henry before, he's short, he's possessive, he's the illegitimate son of Henry VIII, and he can't program a VCR on his own. His love life has been pathetic since he made one lover a vampire and the other declared his independence to become a PA, but Henry continues to make a generous living as a "romance" writer whose work is published under his half-sister's name. Other vampires are not his friends (territorial instincts kill your social life), and he spends his days imitating a corpse, though he's neither dead nor undead, just differently alive. Likes include Batman, church, and werewolves. Dislikes include mummies, coffins, and Bram Stoker's Dracula.

So! Sylar's in jail now, which is very well and good.

And I am looking for plot ideas of where to go next- I found I wasn't too familiar with whatever system is set up here. We've got police, but do we have lawyers? Is there due process here? Would Sylar get a trial? I should mention, probably, that there is blood evidence of Angela's death in his apartment, but the body was not there. Is he screwed? ;-)

I am mostly curious as to whether anyone wants to plot to RP this whole thing out- jailing and hearings and/or trial setups- or whether I should just have him get bored and figure out some way to break out.

IF he decides he wants to break out, anyone feeling like helping out with that? :3
