I've been thinking to myself: what does Poly need? It has everything, I couldn't possibly add to the wonder of the City. And THEN I had it! It needs Nonna Doble anonyfailing monthly on a gossip column! Someone that everyone can love/hate, troll, and bitch at, right? Who better than the resident loudmouth almost half a timelord supertemp from Cheswick?

Under the cut is a blurb/wordvomit of ideas I've been trying to brainstorm for it. I'd love input and submissions to the categories ICly from characters (or OOCly if it's something on the network that Donna could hunt down), and I need to encourage IMMENSE amounts of trolling and silliness, please :3 It would all be rather sketchy and tabloidy, but I'm hoping that maybe it could also serve as a catalog for some of what goes down in the City, and if anyone has characters that would participate or if we get a monthly newsletter rolling, I would so be excited. Anyway, behold the word vomit:

So! Any additions/edits would be welcomed with relish (or horseradish if you prefer). This will be a mostly submission-only deal but for starters you might see PMs from me asking to use a thread or something, and feel free to reply with a great big bold NO, I don't like sugar coated candy anyway :3 Additionally, if there's anything already that you'd like to share, go for it! For now, maybe we could keep it to January/February things? Any suggestions on that are welcome too -- I'd probably post for the Gawper on a monthly basis, a few days into a new month reporting on things that happened in the past month.

There's a monthly gossip thing in one of my other games, and it has been a whole lot of fun o3o I think the girl who runs it eventually put up an always open submission post on the character's journal, if that kind of logistical thing is food for thought for you!
