Hey poly! It's Lynn here with Badou and I'm just dropping in to say I'll be swinging out for a few. Maybe a week or two at tops, but apparently Badou's just gotten a bit silent for me. Maybe he's a little too abused, too high or cracked out, but whatever the case is, posting and threading has been a bit difficult lately. :(

I'm so sorry for not posting sooner, but I after some strong consideration I need a bit of a break. (Scarceness beforehand had some other reasons.) So I'm calling semi-hiatus/hiatus for a while until I can get myself oriented with... just about everything going on, so I don't go through a total burnout.

I figure I should go ahead and announce this now, though it's a few days ahead of time. I'm going to be dropping Toshiko from Poly. She's been fabulous to play here, and it's not an easy thing for me to do, but I've been struggling more and more with her lately and I think it's time to let go. Who knows, maybe down the road after a break I'll feel up to giving it another try.

She'll be around for a few more days while I finish sorting some things out. And she'll have advance warning so anyone who'd likes can say goodbye. I'll post once or twice more with her to wrap up some unfinished business, and by Tuesday or Wednesday she'll be gone. If anyone needs or wants anything from her before that happens, please let me know.

A few things will be left for her friends: Matt and Anakin will get her tools and fiddly bits and parts from her projects; there'll be a couple other bequests as I think of them. And if anyone would like to take on her birds, let me know. Also any work she promised to complete for people will be ready before she leaves.

I'll still be sticking around with Jadis, and the possibility of another app once I decide exactly who. Thank you to everyone who's interacted with Tosh over the past six months, it's been amazing.

I really hate to do this, but I'm going to be clearing off my roster of characters here. I've been getting poor with tags, and the lack of energy has been affecting my sleep, which affects my playing. In short, I don't think I've been doing a fair job like I used to.

I apologize, I feel really guilty for any CR, especially to the BSSM crew. I want to say THANK YOU to you guys, though. Because in the time I've played Hotaru in games, I can say you three were the best crewmates I could have playing Hotaru.

After nearly a year and a half of hyper hellpuppy, I am dropping Pup. Thank you to everyone who made his time in the game so much fun.

However, since Pup is actually Walter's familiar, he's not leaving the City. He's being demoted to NPC status. He'll still be around their apartment, chewing on things and occasionally getting underfoot, but he will not be posting, getting cursed, going out to play with friends, inundating us all with exclamation points, or maintaining a journal.
