Soooooo, we're going down to NC today, and we'll be staying down there for a week. If I've got internet down there, I'll do my best to keep up with everything, but no matter what, I'll wind up being slower because of it.

No. I am not entirely off hiatus yet (mainly because the optometrist isn't open today and I can't get my glasses and see how much they're going to help). However, it is time to prepare for the Plot In Which John Constantine Returns, Dragging Chaos Behind Him.

We'll just call it the hellplot, for short.

So. John's been more or less gone for the past few months as I sorted out some issues, including but not limited to my broken computer and my aching eyes. However, he has not been home. Oh no. Instead, he's been alternately fleeing from, being kidnapped by, and thwarting the plans of several semi-corporeal succubi whose attention he attracted from his own world. He's been staying off the Network so that his pursuers don't start using it themselves to broaden their schemes--and so that he doesn't get drawn into any drama that distracts him.

On August 15, this will change as John finally manages to lure the succubi into a trap and finish them off. Problem is, this trap? Involves luring them into the gears of the clock. Where they will splatter. Their spiritual residue will be flung out all over the City. Yeah, that's not good.

He's 3/4 human and 1/4 demon and therefore can only turn into a badass demon at night. Basically, he's on a never-ending quest to become ruler of all demons and take over the family business :3

The Peacock here suggested a gathering in which fireworks will be set off. So as not to conflict with the curse that day, he, Kira, Hisagi, and etc. will be blowing shit up lighting fireworks on August 6th instead. Any noise you will hear or miniature fires you may see are all owed to them. The city is welcome to enjoy the show or join in and spend some time money at Urahara's shop. ♥

DOING anything with her of late, for a while now, and I just... don't know why, so it's time to hang up her hat, and stop claiming what I don't play. She's been fun in the past, and my thanks to the excellent crew, playing her with Seth was SO lovely, having an Abel and Esther was a treat, the Orden a right pain in her ass, but a neat treat by my opinion, and the Fortunas were a great purpose for her, but time to say goodbye.

My name is Kayla (saffdragon). I'm technically a returning member from around when poly first opened... I joined a few times after I left originally, too, but they always fell through because I just didn't have the time.

That said, please forgive any slowness on my part as I work 9 hour shifts most of the week.

I don't usually do intro posts but someone convinced me out into the open. :( I'll be bringing you Trucy Wright from Apollo Justice. Please be kind. ;_;

Hiii I'm RJ, and I am totally and completely new to this game. And holy crapola what a huge game it is. I don't think I've ever seen a game this size, in all my years of rping and junk. Geez.

Anyway, I'll stop babbling and introduce my character... even though he's like one big massive spoiler. lmao This is The Human Doctor, or 10.5, from Doctor Who. He is the hybrid clone of The Tenth Doctor and Donna Noble. He has a Time Lord's brain, but a human body with one heart, meaning that he cannot regenerate, ever, and will eventually die, as all humans do.

As I've already discussed with Rose mun, he and Rose got into a massive fight on the beach after the original Doctor left them there, and she left him. Poor poor Cloney (as I sometimes refer to him) was left alone with Rose's momma, who took him in. He stayed with Jackie and Pete Tyler for a while, serving as their babysitter, sort of, and also working at alt!Torchwood in Rose's old position. He also took on the name John Noble, in honor of the Doctor's alias, John Smith, and Donna Noble. Three months have passed on the alternate world since the events of Journey's End, and for the last three weeks, John, Cloney, 10.5, whatever you'd like to call him, has been searching for Rose, since he's gagagoogoo over her, and can't seem to function without her. His search has led him to the City... where surely he's probably going to get into it with the Doctor over his woman. :p

I am up for just about anything, plotwise, so feel free to hit me at any time. :D

Is there a graceful way to make an intro post? ^^; K here, taking up Rimudo/Uruki from Fushigi Yuugi - Genbu Kaiden. He'll be fresh from having kissed Takiko and leaving her for the umpteenth time. (The leaving part, not the kissing.) He'll be confused, annoyed, suspicious, and wondering where the heck his horse went.

Oh, yes, and he'll also be a woman.
