Man, I've been meaning to do this for over a week now, but fuck all I have the memory of a goldfish.

Hiatus.

Alright, so, because of the fact that I'm now working about 60+ hours a week, and what time I have that's NOT at work is being spent sleeping, I need to make my unofficial hiatus official. I don't know how much longer I'll be gone as my schedule is still changing week to week and who knows if/when I'll become accustomed to it and be able to post yadda yadda yadda. I may poke my head in for the occasional post or comment spam as time allows, but for all intents and purposes don't expect me. Dante is around, doing his thing. DMC crew and Doumeki, feel free to do what you will with him if you want. And anyone else, email is the best way to get a hold of me as I get it on my phone and check it at work compulsively. I haven't been around much; that should be apparent, and I don't have many good excuses. But I do intend to get busy here again. Just not right at this moment. In the next week I'll have no work or class to speak of, and I intend to do my catching up then. However, immediately after, a new and much harder class is awaiting me, so I'll be getting quiet again while I settle to a new schedule that involves reading a lot of crap and writing a lot of crap papers.

So yes. Characters will be updated in the next few days.

Christy here with a heads up. I'm having surgery on the 3rd of July and begin radiation treatment on the following Monday, so I might be going on a partial to full hiatus, depending on how I feel during the treatment cycle. Between hospital visits, resting, and trying to work as much as I can stand to, I'm not sure how much time I'll be online. If you see me on, poke away if you want to play.

Anita browning_baby will be heading home for possible canon updates, or possible droppage. Not sure yet.

Gwen protect_them will be clinging to one big gun back in the original Torchwood Hub. She'll be back after said canon update.

Bianca red_margravine will be happily snacking on folks underground. Dresden-files bunch has god-mod rights if needed.

Okay, I hate to jump on the Hiatus bandwagon, but I kinda have to. You see, I'm getting ready to move out west to live with a friend, which means packing and all of that fun junk. So, since it'll probably take a while to get things settled (this includes packing up my current computer ;_;), I'm going to take a two-week hiatus.

The only character I have that's affected by this is Sasha [monochrome_mind]. Modding rights go to Kisa, if necessary. Sasha won't be going home, instead, he'll be holed up in his apartment working on scientific experiments or something like that. I might have sporadic postings, but it won't be very often, since my laptop is uber-slow.

Hey Poly! Joly (lol), aka your Furude Rika-mun giving you all a heads up. I'm going to be hopping the hiatus bandwagon just as well. On Wednesday morning, I'll be leaving for AnimeExpo and spending much of my time away from the computer. Oh, and if any members here are going, be sure to say hello to me at Artist Alley! I-I'm a little shy... just so you know~. And buy my stuff.

I will be posting one final journal entry for Rika either on Monday or Tuesday and be around for those days... so she could have at least have a little bit of happy tiems. My hiatus will go into full effect from Wednesday July 2nd - Saturday July 14. Expo ends on the 6th, but this is just to give me a little break... XD;; Don't get me wrong... This is the second RP I've joined on LJ, evar, and I'm having a lot of fun here. ♥ I might call my hiatus off earlier though. ;)

Unstable working condition and lack of time has led to this decision to drop not one, but two characters. Please say goodbye to Scholar and John Hart. They won't be leaving gifts or even notes because they're completely unprepared for being sent out of the City. Scholar's beach shack will remain as is complete with surf board collection if anyone would like to pilfer some items from there. Watch out for Saya though, she may not appreciate people taking her brother's affects without permission XD

I was actually going to wait until Monday/Tuesday to declare this but since I haven't been feeling well. I'm going to call hiatus now. I'll be heading to California for Anime Expo on July 2nd and I'll be gone until July 7th. Since I have no laptop, that means no internet access for Ari. So all my characters will be on hiatus. Just wanted to give a heads-up that Tosh will be heading out of town for her canon update come Thursday. Since she's fully aware of what she's in for when she returns home, and won't have her big Secret Project finished in time, she'll be expecting this to be goodbye for good.

Which means lots of tears for Tosh this coming week, once she finds out that she'll be leaving. To avoid unwanted angst for anyone who she'd normally say goodbye to who doesn't want to put up with Emo Tosh, please feel free to miss the news until after she's gone.

The nice thing about this, of course, is that a couple of days of emo will be followed by Much Rejoicing when she finds herself back in the City again the following week. XD

You know how it goes. Mun's life gets crazily busy. Mun freaks out over every little RL thing and decides to hunker down and git 'er DUN. Mun makes a big mistake by leaving behind one of the only things in her life that kept her SANE. Mun finds herself checking poly out of habit on lunchbreak and-- weeping. Oh, come back baby, I didn't mean it like that T_T Shhh, shhh, I'd never really leave you, baby~


Mun frets because it's just turned into one big production now, but she's back, and she's sorry for the trouble she's caused.
