city, meet dullahan. dullahan, meet city.
Hey everyone! ♥ Rizu here, (Break, Cheshire, Nemu, Hazuki, Grell, & Tianzi's player), with her last character for a while- I really swear this time.
This is Celty Sturluson from Durarara!!. She's an Irish dullahan who had her head stolen, and has been looking for it in Japan, surrounded by... some really interesting people.

Now, she has... no head, so she can't speak, but. She uses her PDA quite well, so she'll get her point across! She'll be roaring in to the City soon on her motorcycle, (which is... actually her ghost/faerie steed possessing the corpse of a motorcycle, o yea), and I'm looking forward to playing her with you all!
