It kind of is, now that you mention it... Who, Richard Belzer? That's funny! Yeah, I sort of knew he was a comedian and a write and all, but I know him best from "Law & Order: SVU"--which is actually why I picked him for Laszlo's PB...because the deity that preceded Laszlo was "played by" Colombo, so I wanted to keep the TV detective thing rolling. I think it's all a bundle of amusing myself.
